Background
Tulcanne Valley is the colloquial nickname given to the route found between the valleys of Mt. Robson, Rearguard Mountain, Chetang Ridge and Lynx Mountain. Looking to increase tourism in the area, the Government of Alberta proposed the idea of a racing stage in Tulcanne, to which the ISF agreed.
