FORMATION
Founded in 2658, Farenate Industries was a relatively modest parts supplier for industrial spacecraft. They prided themselves in their high-quality aftermarket components, and were usually the ones to go for when mechanics needed to source replacements. Eventually, this quality would bring them to the world stage, being the primary parts supplier for large spacecraft manufacturers. This would persist for a while, with the company stabilizing themselves in the system's "Pros 1000" of companies.

Their years of glory would end, however, when a corporate scandal would unveil itself. With many executives being ousted, the company would fall dramatically, and go bankrupt only a couple years later in 2756.

ACQUISITION
Multi-billionaire entrepreneur Freya Hekkinen saw this as an opportunity, and bought out the remnants of Farenate - resolving their debt and bringing them back to a stable position. Assets that remained after the scandal would be put to use, and for the most part, Farenate would go back to creating aftermarket parts for spacecraft. Sooner or later, the company would decide on entering the HS300 as a parts supplier for Hades International and REDEX. This venture would prove to be successful, as their services would slowly spill over to non-racing applications of said teams. Eventually, they would amass enough engineering know-how and resources to enter themselves into the HS300. They would still provide parts to other teams, but they've become an active force in the league.
